Yep, I'm flaking out, but doing so with teaser pictures

Yep, I didn't write the post last night, or this morning, and work is going to be busy, so basically, until tomorrow. But I will leave you with some pictures.

Yep, that's my mother and Goodness & Light walking on the beach, and my view from the hotel room. The hotel room that earlier had started flooding and Goodness & Light and I were too lazy to move so they gave us complimentary robes.

This is a statue that sat in the bathroom of my grandmother's husband. Thinking he was funny at one point, he presented it to all of us. That is the type of situation where the phrase "I threw up a little in my mouth" is totally appropriate.

My sunburn.

G&L's burn.

My salve. Also, please notice the shade of my skin compared to my daquiri. That was my entire body. Not pleasant.

Maybe next time I'll even tell you about how my grandmother did this while we were out to dinner with her husband.

Wow. That is quite the sunburn. Still, the place looks gorgeous!

"Memory...All alone in the moonlight. I can smile at the old days.I was beautiful then. I remember the time I knew what happiness was. Let the memory live again..."

let the memory live again in tommorow's blog :)

Ouch... hope you got some Aloe!

oh my goodness that looks painful. also that statue is disturbing and hilarious.

That is one awesome beach. I can't wait to hear the microwave story.

That looks painful! You and have the same skin because that's what mine does in the sun.

I can't wait to hear the microwave story!

Oh, my! Sunburns are the worse thing EVER.

I went to Woodstock '99, and I've never been sunburned as badly BEFORE or SINCE. I got sun poisoning that was so bad on the right side of my face that my right eye was swollen almost completely shut...I had to go to the doctor when I got home, then I had to take steroid pills for a few days so the swelling would go down. It was awful! I'm much more careful now, especially since I have such fair skin.
