GAH! Hope your burn heals quickly, gotta be careful with the girls! This looks great and I'd be interested in hearing about this staple dish in your kitchen involving tofu. Sounds great!

RA

Oh, my heavens. That burning episode would have entailed a lot of screeching and flapping around for me.

Molly

Mmmm this sounds good and also like I could add other veggies. (Not a huge fan of spinach.) And don't feel bad, I've called my mom from the grocery store many a time.

Audrey

Ouch! That sounds really good, though. When I was in Spain my senora made these all the time -- she always used onions, too. So yummy, even to a usual onion hater like myself!

stuff

You know what this needs? Bacon.

Lol, seriously, though, sounds good. I think I'll try this one.

Mer

We have cousin boobs - yours has a burn blister, mine has a poison ivy blister. It's not fun, I know.

Why do the links and pictures switch side on your blog every so often? Do you just like to change it up occasionally?

PS: I predict you'll want me to make two of the recipes I posted yesterday when you come visit...whenever that is...come visit me!!

Zandria

That looks easy, but also delicious! That's a great combination, if you ask me. :)

I haven't made tortilla for ages... think I'll have to soon. I used to live with a Spanish girl who would make this all the time. Great when there is not much else in the pantry.

Stephanie

Mmm... that looks delicious! I'm loving the Whip It Up! posts, even though I'm too lame to actually participate.

HollowSquirrel

oh I have to make this == it looks delicious! My mouth is watering!

Laurel

This has GOT to be the most hard-core, injury-inducing cooking experiment of WIU!
